This unique challenge offers companies the opportunity to nourish their internal culture and mobilize their employees around the themes of disability, diversity and inclusion, while combining health in the workplace with solidarity mobilization. By taking part in this challenge, you're not only motivating your team to achieve common goals, you're also helping to make a real difference in the world.

Humanity & Inclusion Canada supports you throughout your participation in the Every Step Counts challenge, offering you a ready-to-go solution to mobilize your employees and change lives.
Together, we can turn every step into concrete action to support vulnerable populations and people with disabilities around the world.

Flexible participation period

Take part at any time of year! Whether it's for a few days or several weeks, adapt the challenge to your preferences and constraints. Every moment of your participation counts in our common mission to create a more inclusive and supportive world. 

An online challenge

Make the challenge a connected and motivating experience! Participants will download one of our partner mobile apps to calculate their steps and kilometers walked, and track their progress in real time. What's more, thanks to the app, you'll be able to form teams, encouraging your employees to support each other and challenge themselves to achieve our common goals. Join us in this adventure where every step counts and every team contributes to changing lives. 

Ambitious fundraising targets

Together, we can achieve ambitious goals. Set a fundraising goal of $15,000 or more, up to $100,000. We'll convert this goal into the number of kilometers to be covered during the challenge, depending on the number of participants. Every dollar raised goes directly to funding concrete projects that improve the lives of those who need it most.

Celebrate your achievements

Organize a convivial event with an official cheque presentation to share the results of your fundraising and the positive impact of your participation. Every step we take, every donation we collect, brings us a little closer to our common goal: a world where every individual, whatever their disability or situation, can live with dignity and full inclusion.
